Dedicated to the memory of Dudley Anthony Edwards (Doug).

This site is a tribute to Dudley Anthony Edwards (Doug). 


Doug passed away peacefully on the 31st March 2024 aged 77, very much loved Husband to Maggie, Father to Alison, Leigh, Mat and Al, Grandfather to Hayden, Isaac, Jack, Esther, Jess and Hudson, and Brother to Roy, Mavis, Jean, Mandy and Den.

Doug will be hugely missed by all of his family and many friends. 

Funeral for Dudley Edwards

Funeral service is at King's Church, The Ridge, Hastings on Tuesday 30th April 2024 at 2pm.

Thoughts

No one could wish for a better friend than you. So full of heredity of spirit and commitment to support people less fortunate than yourself or who needed a friend’s helping hand at a time of need. So full of fun,humour and often sheer devilment. How we all laughed in your company! So prone to burst into song ranging from the downright bawdy to the sweetest of melodic airs. I shall miss our chats , our songs and our often hilarious efforts on the golf course. I raise The Parting Glass to you my friend. R.I.P.
